Draw circle/ellipse tool

The "Circle-Ellipse" tool allows you to draw a circle or an ellipse in the SVG document.

To draw a circle or an ellipse, click to define the point of origin, move the mouse and click again to complete the drawing operation.

Hold down the "ALT" key to draw the element with origin in the center.

Hold down the "SHIFT" key to constrain width and height.

Press the "ESC" key to exit drawing mode.

This tool can be activated through the keyboard by pressing the "E" key.
