Assign a link to an SVG element

The "Link" panel allows you to assign a link to an SVG element. You can assign a link to a selected text part of an SVG text element.

The properties of the link are:

- "anchor link": URL to open

- "anchor target": the window opening mode used by the link.

Possible values are: "_self" and "_blank".
